Traditional methods for shower tray manufacturing have always led to a multitude of possible errors ranging from discolouring, shrinkage, and distortion to mention just a few. Our trays use a new bulk moulding process that eliminates all those issues at the factory while adding a number of new benefits previously not possible.

You also have the benefit of a level 3 anti-slip surface that is hydro reflective, causing the water to rush towards the waste which avoids any pooling

No Join Line
The compound of the tray is made from a thermosetting polymer that when put under immense pressure forms the shape of the tray with no join lines or need for reinforcing.
Easy Cut
This strength from the trays construction gives it the ability for it to be cut down to fit any small or awkward shaped bathrooms.
Reduced Weight
The unique honeycombe pattern on the reverse of the tray is not just for rigidity but to reduce the weight of the tray by at least a 1/3 when compared to the old fashioned stone method
